Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

Free Standard Delivery:

  • We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) service.

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or during weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
  • While most orders arrive promptly, please allow up to 5 working days during peak times or unforeseen delays.

International Delivery

Current Availability:

  • Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping outside the UK.
  • We are actively working to resume shipping to the EU and other international destinations as soon as a viable shipping solution is established with our couriers.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • For orders dispatched via Royal Mail 24, tracking information may be limited but rest assured your package is on its way.

Missed Deliveries

  • Many of our products are packed in post box-friendly bottles, allowing them to be delivered even if you’re not home.
  • For larger orders or items that require a signature, a delivery card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Deliveries:

  • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@bizovit.co.uk with your order number.
  • We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@bizovit.co.uk.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@bizovit.co.uk.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
